Sending Messages
To send a message:-
- Click on the To: box.
- To search for a member of staff enter their name in the Search: box and click the Search button.
- To add a recipient, click on the + next to the name.
- Once all of the recipients have been added, click Add.
- Enter a subject for the message.
- Enter a message and format it using the formatting tools available.
- To send the message, click on What Next?, Send Message.
