Overview
This section contains all Settings relating to Videos and Video Annotations in the system.
Video Annotation Defaults Tab
Default Video Annotations are default statements pre-set for the User to apply to a video when being reviewed, e.g. Use of higher order questioning, Behaviour Management incident, Students on task, Students off task etc...
These can be applied as a quick reference to "stamp" over the video during analysis.
To add a Default Video Annotation:-
- Click on the plus icon.
- Enter a Title, Description and Type for the Default and click Add.
This Default will then show in the Video Annotations screen and we will pre-set your comment with the Default information when clicked.
NOTE: The Type field will only show when Types have been added, see below for Adding Video Annotation Types
To remove a Default Video Annotation:-
- Click the bin icon next to the item you would like to remove.
Video Annotation Types Tab
Video Annotation Types are used to group Default Video Annotations into different types, e.g. Behavioural, Questioning Skills, Classroom Management etc...
To add Video Annotation Types to the system:-
- Click on the plus icon.
- Enter a Title and Colour for the Type.
- Click on Save
To remove Video Annotation Types:-
- Click the bin icon next to the item you would like to remove.
