When a review is closed, the member of staff can be recommended for pay progression. This recomendation is shown as a chart on the Pay Progression report.
This tab allows for the colour of this recommendation to be altered.
To alter the colour:-
- Click on the rating that you would like to alter the colour of.
- Use the colour picker to select a colour.
- Click on Save to save your changes.
