In order to group areas for development within a school it is necessary to identify common themes for improvement. To do this we allow you to identify a Development Focus.
This tab shows a list of the development focus which is utilised when creating a new Area for Development within a staff review.
- To add a new development focus, click on the + icon to the right of the table.
- Enter the Focus and click on the Add button.
- To re-order the list, use the arrows to the right of the screen.
To remove a development focus:-
- Place a tick next to the course.
- Click on the What Next?, Remove.
NOTE: if a padlock appears next to a development focus, this means that it is in use and therefore cannot be removed or edited. However a development focus can be made Inactive which it will hide it and it will no longer appear in the list.
To make a development focus inactive:-
- Click on the development focus
- Place a tick in the Make Inactive box.
- Click on Save.
