Overview

Each of the objectives identified in the strategic or long term plan must be broken down into a series of tasks or activities. These tasks or activities are assigned to key staff for completion within certain time constraints.

Each of these activities has associated costs and resources. These are identified and maintained as part of the overall development plan budget.

Staff are identified to monitor the activities and their progress at prescribed intervals to ensure that the work being carried out is progressing and is on schedule.
