Overview
Standards can be viewed and rated in the work area. These ratings can be seen to the right of the standards. Both the Reviewee and Reviewer ratings can be seen.
To Rate Standards
- Use the drop down to the right of the standard and select a rating.
- This can also be done by clicking on the standard and using the rating drop down.
- If you are a line manager viewing a staff member's review, you will be able to add standards (if required).
Adding standards
- Click on Add Standard button.
- From the Type drop down, select the type of standard that you would like to add.
- Tick the standards that you would like to add, if you wish to add all of the standards listed, click on the tick next to the heading Standard in the title bar.
- Enter a due date for the standards.
- Click on Add button.
Removing a Standard
To remove a standard click on the bin icon on the right of the table. The standard will then be removed from the table
Restoring a Standard
To restore an standard click on the recycle icon on the top right of the table.
