Overview
Documents, web links and text files can be added to the system as evidence, this evidence can be linked to any item within the Work Area. When evidence is added, an email will be sent to either the line manager or the staff member depending on who has added the entry.
Evidence
To add evidence on any page in the portfolio:-
- Click on the Add Evidence button.

- In the Evidence Type drop down to select the type of evidence that you wish to upload. The following types can be uploaded: Links, Files (documents, images, videos) or text.
- Here we will select File.
- Enter a Title for the evidence.
- Click on Select File and browse to the file that you would like to upload. Select the file and click on Open.
- Click on the Link To drop down to select the items that this evidence is linked to, repeat to link to more items.
- Click on Add button

An alternative way to add evidence is to drag the files in to the upload area.
