Instructions
Groups: These are used to allocate staff to self-evaluation questions.
Gender: This will allow you to add different gender identities that can be assigned to staff members' profiles.
Age Group: The age group allows you to add the different year groups within the school, so you can assign these to the staff members' portfolios.
Pay Scale: You can add, edit and remove the pay scales for staff members these can be applied to staff within their accounts.
TLR: TLRs can be added to the staff members.
Roles: Here you will find staff member roles, that you can add additional roles to.
Standard User Rights: This enables you to set up different user types and assign these roles with rights within the system to what they can view or edit.
