How to Show Collaborators on the Staff Members Screen
To display collaborators on the Users > Staff Members screen:

Go to Settings > Review > General.

Scroll to the Collaborators section.

You'll see two options:

Show collaborators column on the staff members screen?

Show the full names of the collaborators?

How These Settings Work:

If only the first option is selected
A new column will appear on the Staff Members screen showing a collaborator icon. Hovering over the icon will display a tooltip with the collaborator name(s). -
If both options are selected
The new column will appear and show the full names of the collaborators directly in the column (instead of just an icon).
