Overview
These are the rights groups which can be applied to staff within the system.
Location
To modify a group's standard user rights first navigate to the settings tab on the side menu. From there select staff.
Instructions
This will present you with a list of the roles in the system, which will enable you to edit the standard rights for the required role by selecting the edit pencil.
Here you will be able to select the additional rights you wish the user to have by adding a checkmark to the box.
Some of them are governed by another right to change these rights you will need to go to the settings within the standard right. For example by turning on the access my report within the settings this will enable you to add the right group to access the staff objectives and staff monitoring summary etc.
You then will be presented with more options within the performance management section, so that you further modify the standard user rights.
