How do I add, edit and delete evidence

Location

To add evidence go to the Self-Evaluation drop-down and select the required SEF form.

Once loaded select the question you want to add evidence to.

 

Instructions

Once the question has loaded select from the menu the evidence tab.

Select the '+' icon to add evidence to the self-evaluation form.

Folder: Put the evidence it to specific folders that are added via the settings.

Department: From the drop-down select the department that the evidence you are adding relates to.

Evidence Type: This will either be a URL link, A File, or selecting text which will provide you with a text box to write your evidence.

Title: Here add the title for the evidence

File: Here use the Select File option to upload the evidence to the system.

Select save to add the evidence to the SEF form.

 

Deleting Evidence

To delete evidence within the question, and on the Evidence tab, select the bin icon next to the evidence you wish to delete.

Then you will be presented with a confirmation screen, select yes to confirm you wish to delete the evidence.

 Editing Evidence

 To edit any evidence that you previously added, select the pencil icon next to the evidence file.
