Overview
The user will be shown how to log in for the first time using the 'Forgot Password?' option
Instructions
To log into the system for the first time you will use your email address as the Login name and request for the password to be reset.
Actions
Request Password Reset
From the home screen select the Forgot Password option.
Enter your email address into the screen as below and then select the 'Reset Account' button
Resetting Password
An email will be sent to your email account with a unique code and link to reset the password using the screen below
(Make sure to check your Junk folder if the email fails to appear in your email inbox)
- Enter your email address into the Login Name field
- Enter the Unique code from the email into the Unique Code field
(Note: The code has a Four Hour time limit before it expires and a new one will need to be requested)
- Enter a new password into the New Password field
- Enter the password again into the Confirm Password field.
Now select the Sign In button to complete the reset process and log into the system
