Overview

This guide will show you how to set up standards for different staff roles.

Instructions

First, from the main sidebar navigate to the ‘Settings’ page

From the ‘Settings’ page go to ‘Objectives’ and from the drop-down select ‘Standard Objectives’

Next, click on ‘Add Standard Objective’

Using the radio button set the ‘Type’ to ‘Priority’

From the ‘Role’ use the drop-down to select the role(s) you wish to allocate this objective to when the review is started

Fill out the remaining field, writing what the objective is in ‘Objectives’ and the ‘Performance Criteria’

Then ‘Save’
