Location
This is a list of the side menu within the School Settings and a brief overview of what each tab does.
Instructions
Status: This is a rating of SchooliP, where you can rate the system on a scale of one to ten, and provide any feedback you have on the system in the allocated text box.
Academic Year: Here you can add new academic years in this tab, which is used as the default date filter for reports and the My Staff screen.
Departments: Here you can add departments within your school, and add the head of the departments.
Classes: Here you can add classes, setting the class owner and description of the class.
Key Stage: This allows you to add the key stages you teach within the school into the system.
Priorities: This is where you can set the school's priorities, which can be used within the improvement plan and for staff objectives.
Cost Codes: These are used within the Development Plan and CPD.
Registration: This allows staff to register for SchooliP.
SSO: Single Sign On, this is where the details to connect SchooliP to your SSO can be entered, this will allow staff to log in using one of the SO options on the login page (google, azure).
Logo/Colours: Here is where the School's logo and colours of the school that are assigned to be used throughout the system.
Modules: This displays the modules currently available within your system.
Support Files Upload: Here you can upload a file to a secure server that customer care will receive.
