Overview
If you turn the emails on, each module has individual settings allowing you to control both the type of emails that are sent and their frequency.
Location
Turning on system notifications can be done in Settings, in the School section, or by clicking here .
Note that if the Settings menu is not visible, rights will not have been given to see that area.
Instructions
Scroll down until the setting e-Mail Type is visible as below,
Click on the drop-down which will provide you with three options
| Formatted Text | The emails will be switched on and will contain formatting such as graphics, colours, bold and italicised text |
| Plain Text | The emails will be switched on and emailed will have no formatting, they will be plain text |
| Don’t Send | All emails will be switched off |
Click on the ‘Save Settings’ button to save any changes.
