Location
To answer a SEF response you should go to the Self-Evaluation Form dashboard.
You can reach the page by clicking the Self-Evaluation dropdown on the left-hand side of your screen, and then click Dashboard to get to the page.
Instructions
Once on the dashboard click the form you want to complete
Then select the Question you would like to answer from the list
In the text boxes, type your response to the question
Once you have finished filling out the form click on Save, the reviewer will then be able to see your form and either accept or reject it
If you have the right to approve the self-evaluation form, this can be done by selecting from the options to either Approve or Reject the form
