How do I effectively use the My Staff view in iP?

Overview

The My Staff view is used to gain an overview of the progress of staff that are line managed and also feature in a staff hierarchy.

Location

Select 'My Staff' in the left vertical menu

Select 'Only Staff I manage' to view the staff directly line-managed

Select 'All My Staff' to view the staff in your *hierarchy

*hierarchy refers to staff you directly line manage and those that intern line managed by that member of staff

Instructions

An overview on the screen shows:

  • rating of objectives and standards,
  • number and outcome of monitoring
  • amount of evidence/ engagement in the review
  • number and date of interim reviews 
  • status of review - open or closed

The view allows access to individual staff reviews in portfolios by clicking the staff member's name

Click 'Filters' to allow greater functionality

Change the 'date from' and the date to' to view performance at a given time

Click 'Filter'  to view a range if filtered data including login information, user iP role, and staff at risk.

To save a filter Click 'Options'

Choose a Title, allow the filter to be accessed by all, date range for the filter, and *quick filter

* Quick filter creates an icon next to the options tab that can be clicked quickly to get to a desired filter

Actions

Removing a Filter

Click 'Options'

Select 'Delete Filter'
