Overview
To view and see my monitoring: This can be a range of monitoring activities that include observations, lesson walks, and probation activities.
Location
You can view your monitoring from within your portfolio. In most cases when you log in you will go straight to your portfolio. If you are a line manager, leader or administrator you may need to access your portfolio from the My Portfolio button at the top of the Home or My Staff screen.
Instructions
Once your portfolio has loaded go to Monitoring on the portfolio menu
Here, you can see a monitoring chart alongside your monitoring
If the monitoring has been submitted, you will be able to click on the Focus of the monitoring
If the Monitoring cannot be clicked, the Observer has not submitted the monitoring
If the monitoring tab is not visible in your portfolio contact your iP administrator as the staff user setting you have been allocated is incorrect for your role within your organisation
