Overview
In order to focus on your organisation's improvement plan, we need to establish your organisation's priorities for the year. These key areas for improvement are normally derived from a recent inspection or come about as a result of your own organisation's self-evaluation.
These priorities will be used to focus everything that we do within the IP suite, including improvement plan objectives and performance management objectives for staff.
Location
To add a whole-school priority you should click on the Improvement Plan tab on the sidebar.
Instructions
Click on Add Priority. You will be presented with the Add Priority dialogue
Once you have completed the details of priority, click Add
