Overview
If you are unable to view your portfolio, often the reason for this is that your review has not been agreed upon or may not have been started. If you are a new member of staff, you will need to make sure you have a review in place and agree to it by your line manager.
Location
To amend this you will need to get your line manager to go to their my staff page.
Instructions
To make your portfolio visible, your line manager will need to ensure the review is in place, this can be seen in the objectives field.
By finding the staff member who is unable to view their portfolio, and in the objectives field, you will be presented with either a resume, or the start new review button.
You will then need to either to resume the review or start a new review, and review the items in the Start Review screen then slect the Agree Targets and Start Review button.
Once this is done the staff member should be able to access their portfolio.
