How do I add a course (CPD Coordinator)?

Location

To add a course you should navigate to the CPD dropdown menu on the left-hand side. You can then select CPD Activities/Courses and you will be on the menu to add a course as CPD Coordinator.

From here you can click the red Add Course button to begin the process.

Instructions

After you have been through the tabs and filled in the relevant information, to add and save the course click Add

Actions

Details Tab

Title - Enter the title of the course

Description - Here write a short description of the course

CPD Type - From the drop-down list select the CPD type

CPD Category - Any courses added via the portfolio default to User Defined CPD

Course Cost - Enter the costs associated with the course, whether this is per course or per person

Course Link - Provide a link (if available) to the course’s website

Other Tabs

The Comments tab can be used to write any additional information about the course

The Overall Outcome tab can be used after the course has taken place, to summarise how the course went or any other updates
